Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of bath and wellness products, opened or used items cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance (if marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards or promotional freebies
  • Orders marked as delivered and confirmed by the courier without a damage report

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us via the Contact page or reach out through your order details in My Orders.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will share return instructions or arrange a pickup where available.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order follows our standard return process above. If you need to cancel a placed order, visit My Orders or contact us as soon as possible.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return followed by a new order. This helps us ship your replacement quickly while your return is being reviewed. Contact our support team if you need assistance choosing the right product.
